Our private studio offers one-on-one personal training as well as bootcamp workout classes. We inspire and motivate women and men of all ages and skill levels. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals.
Everyone’s schedule is different. Luckily, we offer options. You can purchase personal training and bootcamp classes by the session, or you can choose a personal training and bootcamp package. When you come in, we will go over all your options to find the best fit for you.
Meet Debbie O’Rourke
Debbie O’Rourke is a certified fitness trainer, TRX qualified, and certified senior specialist. She has been training folks of all ages for over 10 years and really connects with her clients on a deeper level than the average trainer. She helps with physical training as well as weight loss, dieting, and life coaching.
My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning as I work toward enhancing the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life. Together we will transform your quality of life through active participation in regular fitness activities and the integration of guided fitness programs, to make your health goals become a reality, in a caring, fun, and dynamic environment.
